Today is My Day for the Pincushion Blog Hop

Well today is my day. I guess my pincushion is better fitted to the Wicked Blog Hop.  I want to thank Kristen and Madam Samm for hosting the hop. It has been fun.

I have Halloween on the brain and I love to watch The Walking Dead so I decided to use a piece of my snow dyed fabric for my pincushion. I cut a rectangle, sewed together the short ends.

Then I ran a gathering stitch around each end and gathered one end tight, then sewed it shut.

I then added rice to the bottom and polyfil to the top half and gathered tight and sewed shut.

And now you get to meet my creation.
Meet Griswald my zombie friend.

Hope you enjoy the rest of the blog hop! Please be sure to check all the other great creations from all the other bloggers today. Now a Giveaway! If you sign up to follow my blog please leave me a comment telling me you follow and for another chance to win leave me a comment telling what your favorite pattern is in my etsy store.

Don't forget to check out the other bloggers.

What a scary pincushion...perfect for sticking pins in. Thanks for sharing :)

Your pincushion made me laugh....out loud! It is scary, but he is so ugly (and a zombie of course) that he won't mind having the pins stuck in his head! However, and just think about this....you are all alone in your sewing room....and the lights go out....next to your sewing machine you hear a strange noise.....and then......AAAAAAAAAH!
